Information we collect

When you send a message through our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. When you book a consultation, your booking details are handled by our scheduling provider (Calendly) under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We only use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide our training services. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Third-party content

This site displays content from Instagram and Google (reviews and maps). These services may set their own cookies when their content loads.
